Please can you go through the following recommendations
1. Please check if the following notes can be apply in your system;
1562184 AET: Dump when generated table is transferred to BW
1499386 ISU enhancements not transferred to BW in delta load
2.To regenerate the program, please Reinitialize the delta for the
datasource in the BW system.
If after initializing the delta, still the generated program does not
replace the old entry in the table SMOFPARSFA, then you might have to
remove the entry manually and try to generate the program again.
In the note 639072 you will find the following that should work to
regenerate the program:
"For DataSources that use the BW adapter, the system generates an
extractor-specific program at the time of delta initialization. If a
DataSource has already been initialized successfully, the required
extraction program is not regenerated. In this case, a runtime error
(Parameter missing) may occur. In this case, you can use Transaction
BWA7 to regenerate the required extraction program.
Call Transaction BWA7, select the corresponding DataSource and
activate it. The system regenerates the extraction program."
So to reactivate the Delta in T-Code BWA7:
" select the name of the datsource and press the candle icon for
'activate delta'.
