Are you loading any currency or quantity fields from PSA?? Looks like a master data referential integrity error.You delete the request and reload the dtp after unchecking "sid generation upon activation from dso". Or if you need SIDs then change the error handling to "valid record update request red" and load the same psa. Then manually correct the error record in error stack and run error dtp.
