Newbie: Questions regarding PowerDesigner EBF numbering

Hello all,

I’m new to SCN, and I’m not sure whether my question has already been addressed elsewhere.  I have the following questions regarding PowerDesigner maintenance releases under SAP:

1. How does the current EBF numbering (e.g. EBF 21930: 16.5 SP2 PL3) reconcile to prior EBF and Build (e.g. 16.5.0.4057 EBF3) numbers?
2. Are maintenance releases available via the SAP website?
