I am not clear when you say

we are using 1 BAPI to read order, notification, operations, components and confirmations. All of the MBO are shared MBO's, mean order has relation to operation, operation to component and confirmation.

Is that mean while creating mbo (using BAPI) you would have selected more than output tables?

Can you please share some snapshots if possible like mbo modeling, relationship between mbos what you are specifying about?
