Yes, it is possible to use ccBPM and BPM/BRM if you go with third option. In this case you can use ccBPM for your existing ccBPM scenarios and for the new once you can design them in NWBPM and maybe in later stages you can plan to migrate the ccBPM to NWBPM.
Coming to performance as single stack is java only the performance is much better but you can always make use of AAE in dual stack system which is quite similar to single stack interface.
