I'm also having the same problem - I tried 1797006, and also tried resetting my IE settings.
Nothing has made any difference. In fact, when I reset IE, and try to log back onto my BPC server, it gets stuck on the last % of loading on the splash screen and never goes any further.
The only fix I found for this was to add the site to my trusted sites and turn off all script-blocking, etc.
However, clicking a link in the BPF still gives me the same error as the OP.
Very annoying, as I need to test these before giving them to the client - but I can't open anything!!
Anyone found a solution??
