Hi All - We have BW on HANA. The development system was built to use SAPDEV schema name. In HANA Studio, you would see under catalog SAPDEV. We started using 1764251 - Documentation- Importing BW Models in SAP HANA Modeler. The HANA Info Views created references SAPDEV7. Everything works as planned at this point in development. When we deploy the HANA Info Views to our QA system it fails because SAPDEV does not exist. Our QA system is a copy of our production which uses SAPPRD schema name.
Is there a way to map SAPDEV to SAPPRD schema so the any HANA objects would be ok during deployment to QA?
At this point, I have not asked our Basis folks how easy it would be to switch from SAPDEV to SAPPRD schema in our HANA development system. I have also considered going directly to QA and manually create the published HANA Info Views. I would have to consider how much of this manual work is needed as we built more and more HANA objects referencing BW data.
