u need to maintain the table and add the list of leaves in V_t554s_web table in R3 to get leaves for fiori app also ...............you would give a fiori user access to two catalogs, one for ESS based transactions and another to processes based transactions. u need to activate the workflow for leave types for sending that to respective managers .the FIORI apps reads the data from ECC through Gateway system on a trusted relationship, for the security purpose, the Gateway acts as a middle ware and either sends or receives the data from ECC and in workflow make the task as general task .
