Change dep key from Dep / period to Dep / day

Hi Nathan, Senior Experts,

Please help me understand one concern around change of dep key from Dep / Period to Dep / day.

Now after activating EA Fin i have seen a change in system message and behavior, where system issue massage

AB722 "Changing setting for depreciation to the day not allowed within year"

and if i make the change effective from start of next year, i am allowed to make the changes.

Does that mean, system is now supporting updating the ANLB & ANLC dependent fields, when we do Year end in sub-Ledger.

Or is this function still un-supported. (Change of dep key from Periodic Dep calculation to Dep / day)

I currently don't have a system where i can actually perform year end close and test,

I hope you can share some knowledge out of experience.
