Release strategy once PO is changed

Hi Gurus,

In a PO one item qty is 2 and price is $10 each. Now if someone changes the qty to 1 and price to $20 each, the Po is not subject to Re release as the total amount does not change. could you have any opinions on how to make this change subject to Release again.the values is 6 of Changeability .
