LSO correspondence mail not generating

Hi,

I have an issue in one of our systems. Correnspondence mail for LSO courses are not getting triggered.

I have checked LSOCRPCNTXTSTAGE, it is having the required entries but the status is showing as output started.

Where can i see if the mails are started processing? as this is event driven, how can i check if mail was sent ot SCOT or SOST?

i have checke SOST but these mails are not triggered.
