Follow bellow steps

: 1) save all HRD Querys into one Group :2(ex:2)

step: then go to Administration >>system initialization>>AUTHORIZATION >> General Authorization

select user (which don't want to access user ) and  go to reports >>Query Generator  and  select particular Group and assign No Authorisations
