I changed the macro as advised by you.
Events in chronological order.
1. "validation" > 1
2. Clicked "refresh"
3. Pop up appeared as it normally appears when you refresh the sheet (showing that sheet is being refreshed) This pop up is displayed indefinitely unless clicked somewhere else
4. After clicking it shows the msgbox as defined in macro.
What i want is to show the msgbox as defined in macro to be shown instead of point 3 above.
