Hi Kenneth,
Few of the transports objects like Table related Objects , the ID DDIC will be used by the system.That setting comes from SAP/Basis.
Also to note that the Transports GENERALLY happens from BWD-BQ and BWD-BP and not to BWQ-BP.
So the package assignment is applicable to BWD , where changes are made.
