Hi Santosh.
SAP does have standard programs to delete sessions with status 'Processed" but for errors .I am not sure.
APQI and APQD are the tables which strores session details.Please do where used list for the tables and check if it has been referenced in any of the custom program.
and Please check any background job which is scheduled during the time when the session was deleted.
