I think a better approach woluld bne using the previous function. like :
[Qauntity calc] = NoFilter(If (Previous(IsNull([Storage location));[Quantity]+Previous([Quantity]);[Quantity])) and the same for [Value].
The problem with this approach is that it will only works if the data is sorted like you show us.
