I don't remind with which version of 8.81 this option appears... PL the PL just after so you perhaps won't see it.
Anyway, from the query screen copy, the 01/01/00 means null in the field, so B1 can't interpret the date. and surprinsingly the two lines with this value are the one you're trying to use so, I'll start by querying all CC which have no valid DateFrom and will add one to them.
