I have setup Monitors of Purchase and Sales for BPA (in the Logical Component node) like Purchase Requisition created and Sales orders created, open etc.
Using these as reference I have created Monitors for BPMon (in the Process Step node). So they would use the data collected from by the monitors set for BPA and then run the query on that collected data so to generate alert.
Now I am getting the data in BPA for analysis but the alerts have not been triggered for that in BPMon.
In the same way I have set up for FI. For that I am getting data in BPA and also BPMon alerts are being triggered from that collected data.
On the managed system I checked in /SSF/PTABBROWSER and I can see the BW request for SD and Purchase monitors. In the details I can see the data from previous days.
Can I delete this data? I believe because of the huge number of data its not getting extracted.
