Hi,

 

Enter the Portal as Super Admin.

Navigate to "Content Administration" > "Portal Content Management"

 

Right Click on "Portal applications" and choose "Update PCD Objects" Then Press OK in the opened screen and wait till the update is complete.

Repeat the same for "WebDynpro Applications"

 

Then chack again if the error still happens.
