Generally, the Agentry Server device limit (or 'user' license depending on how the license was generated it can be by either) is shown within the AgentryGui only. Not in the logs. The Agentry.ini configuration file in the root directory of the running Server contains the userkey and devicekey which is encrypted (non-SMP v3 servers). If a customer needs to learn what their license limit is they can run the AgentryGui. Or they can open a support incident under the MOB-SYC-SAP component and the AGS team can assist them.
